BACKGROUND TO THE PROGRAM
Everything can be taken from a man but one thing; the last of the human freedoms; the freedom to choose one’s ATTITUDE in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way. Viktor Frankl
While we have the choice to think for ourselves and the free will to live the way our hearts guide us, our ENVIRONMENT has a huge effect on us all…. So, if we were to become the product of our environments, the best thing to do is to choose the right environments from here on. Bronnie Ware
Attitude and work environment are key factors in the success of every organisation.
Choice is used as part of decision-making process however, choice connects to the place of desired intention, values, beliefs and consequence, while decision connects to the place of behaviour, performance and results. If Decision-Making is a key Leadership and Management Competency, then Choice should also be a critical Leadership and Management Competency.
