OVERVIEW
Every organisation is driven by its organisational strategy, culture, vision, mission and employee performance. The effectiveness of all organisations depends on the core of all these factors, the PEOPLE.
The question is: –
- Why are organisations with the best crafted strategies, good culture, vision, mission and performance systems still not performing at the desired or optimum levels?
Some of the biggest challenges within the organisations is that: –
- Leaders are responsible for the achievement of organisational goals and objectives. However, leaders with the best knowledge, skills, experience and required behavioural competencies still find it difficult achieve the desired results.
- Organisations with the best designed performance management systems are still unable to get employees to perform at the desired levels.
Until PEOPLE make the choice and decisions to take personal and collective responsibility and accountability for performance, organisations will always struggle to perform to optimum levels.

One of the key components of the program is the Leadership Maturity Continuum.
Many leaders are at different levels of the maturity continuum. Each leader has a choice to change, to move to his/her desired level within the continuum.
One of the biggest challenges faced by organisations is dealing with change and resistance to change.
There are three things that people, and leaders in particular should never resist to change:
- Mindset – The way of thinking and the general outlook of the world
- Attitude – How we respond and relate to people and situations
- Behaviour – The way we act or conduct ourselves
